I'm happy for people to take what they want/tie cars together/towing contests etc, im just saving it from the skip. Bro in law works for bt, gets it on demand

Posted

Obviously ive not enough use for a reel of it beko but a few good lengths!

Just the sort of disclaimer the police are interested in when the bodies start turning up wrapped in tarpaulin and blue rope! :-)

Anyone want any coax? I've got some RG6 and about half a drum of something that I can't remember what it is, but from experience I can say it's GR8 for homebrew satellite installations.

I hawked it all out of a skip (I hate waste!) and have used all I will ever need, so happy to ship it down to SF if someone can use it.

Any interest in old toy cars, Matchbox, Corgi Juniors, Majorette and the like? I have a load that I want rid of but would rather see go to a good home than get binned. I need the space so if anyone wants to have a rummage and take a few away FOC I'll bring them to Shitefest. Don't know exactly what's in there but there'll be some prime shite among them.

I've this record player...

8uyILfx.jpg

It's a 'GPO Stylo Turntable' in black, and has built in speakers., and supports 3 speeds (33,45 & 78 RPM) and also has a 3.5mm Aux in and out ports for if you want to hook your MP3 up, or external speakers.

I got it 2 years ago on Amazon for £39.99, and still sell's for that price there (Although sometimes go's on sale for a few quid less),
Works fine and kept in good condition. Only selling as got a better unit at Christmas.

Your's for £25, or nearest offer.

If you bring a 12v to mains plug car adapter (Like this) and a record,  can even test it out for you!

Dont worry about the picture, never drove about with it in the car. Got it working just for the picture as a laugh

Just remembered that I've still got too many bikes here and Shitefest is a great way of loosing a couple.

There is this 10 speed Batavus Sprint which has issues with it's rear tyre,  now with nice leather grips.

I have a few random bits of tat lying about.

- Phase 1 Peugeot 306 headlight lenses, a pair

- Phase 1 Peugeot 306 centre console

- Phase 2/3 Peugeot 306 tail light lenses (no wiring)

- XUD standard top mount intercooler

- K&N air filter for a B5 generation Audi A4 / VW Passat

- Haynes manual for a Vauxhall Omega

- Tonneau cover for a Mk1 Mazda MX-5

- 5x Citroen Xantia 15" wheel trims

- A car cover

Anybody want any of this stuff? Cash / drinks accepted.

Hi , I am still trying to get clearance off the mrs to get away for SF , what would you want for the mx5 tonneau cover . Is it black or brown , all poppers good , no rips etc .

I have never been to a SF , is it like a autojumbleshitesale and a few bevvies for good measure , I have got plenty of shite I could do with clearing .

Hope to hear from you soon.

Cheers,

Dave

I think this year looks like more of an auto jumble, I'm gonna bring a few bits of rubbish high quality stuff that I don't want anymore. There's usually lots of shitely stuff going on too, I relayed wheels and alfa bits last year for various people

There's usually a mass woollard at some point too

Can anyone take Volksy's jump pack to Shitefest for me?

Sadly can no longer make it, apparently we're on holiday the same day or something.

I'm in the Midlands Triangle & can meet you at Derby/Nottingham/Leicester.

PM me so I don't miss it.

Many thanks.

Yo Beko, I'm in the market for a small, cheap, occasional use vacuum.

Ideally I'd like it to fit behind a tub chair in the corner of a room, so the Hoax-Henry would be a bit too bulbous. I bloody hate uprights, but might make an exception in this case, as I won't be using it, and a small upright might fit in there.

W.H.Y.?

(And if you try to sell me a bloody Dyson, I'll never talk to you again - flippin hateful things!)

Interesting...

I need it to fit either behind this tub chair (no space underneath)...

...Or underneath this bed:

I will measure up next time I'm there.

Probably pissing into the wind, but last call... does anyone have a drivers door window for a Peugeot 205 5-door? Before I go and spend more than the car cost me by a considerable margin with National Windscreens for a brand new one.

Posted

It'll fit under the bed for sure, and might fit behind the chair if you don't clip the floor tool to the rear parking bracket, just stand it up next to it.

The only other thing I have is a Shark SV800 rechargable thing which needs a refurb and I've lost the charger, seems to last about 7 minutes before needing a 24 hour charge though. There's an Electrolux Unirapido in the shed, but that needs parts that I cant afford until payday, and is also quite shit.

Failing that, look for a Miele stick vac, but they cost £££££. I don't have any DC24's in, which is good as they are shit. I do have a little Hitachi Cylinder which is smaller than the lux but the hose is cracked and I have no tools, and they take special size fittings.

Do you need use of tools? Could get this refurbished into spot on condition for a swap for my shitemara roffle tickets http://manchestervacs.co.uk/DysonForum/index.php/topic,2039.0.html

Or I can get a Junior 119 working well, will have a pattern (shake out, so no inner paper bag) bag on it though, and whatever bit of random cable I can find lying around (came from a shiter though), it's the one at the very end of this thread on page 1 that I stole the good bits off for my mintola 119 http://manchestervacs.co.uk/DysonForum/index.php/topic,1860.0.html

Not got anything smaller I'm afraid, but will go on the hunt. What will it be cleaning? Carpet and hard floor? Shag? What's your postcode? I'll have a look on eBAY and advise if you like? Might me a nice turbopower junior or summat nearby
