There's a cafe in the place for greasy burgers and the like although it's really busy on these Saturdays with arthur daily types trying to bulk buy 40 left hand drive chinese microwaves.

Their car selection is usually a mixture of half decent stuff and ropey old shite. There's also usually some interesting LCV stuff. The last time I was there they had an airport fire tender.

I've been a few times. The police lost and found auction had tons of bicycles. Most go for sub £10.

Sounds great! I won't be able to make it though.

I used to love going to the auctions in Graham Square, and bought my first car there. Bought my next one from London Road - a Lada Riva 1200 - mainly because I couldn't face riding the 30 miles back home...should've just got the train!

I'm going to try to have the cortina roadworthy for this. Will it make it the 10 miles from my house? Probably not.

I would but the logistics of getting there from Aberdeen and back for a 5pm sailing would mean I'd get an hour there !!

If there was a Scotshite auction get together a little closer to Aberdeen then I'd be up for it
