Saturday night kicking-out time bump!

Could this straight wing (to replace the dented one) in the right colour tempt another bid, or are we gonna stick Billy with it?

 Â£35

Are we letting him steal have it at that then folks?

A bid today before 3.57pm of £35.10 (collected) could win it...

To be fair, it was a pretty fun little box to drive when I could figure out how not to trip over my own feet!

It changes direction quickly through the twisty bits and your bum is really close to the floor so feels like a go kart. It has no frills, just the basics you need, and nothing else. Apparently the suspension is better than a Y10 but not as comfortable as a 106. It is narrow and light enough to be thrown about, and it feels every bump in the road so you feel like your going a lot quicker than you are, great if you already have 9 points on your license. Acceleration is measured in minutes, but like a 106 D once you get the speed up you can maintain it well by throwing it into the bends and hanging on by your fingernails!

If you want a very simple, cheap and tidy little car for the Mrs to run to the shops in this is perfect for what you need.

Do you just want to shut up about it now? It's clearly an awful car that's only worth £34 and I'm doing you a right favour etc :-D

That would rely on it wanting to start on that day. Current success rate is precisely 37.4%.

However, it was happy to start for me yesterday, even though I didn't want to drive it anywhere. Proof:

Struggling to start and HGF are related if my Panda with very similar engine is anything to go by

Billy - I will no doubt have some surplus parts for said engine once I've finished replacing my cooked one so give me a shout if you need anything

Yep, I tried that fix (cleaned up the earths behind the NS light, and onto the gearbox) after reading about bad earths confusing the ECU.

I thought that fixed it, but next day, no start again (spins over fine and dandy, but won't fire).

The dream:  My son gets his FCR, finds the problem, fixes the head gasket and we take it for an MOT and give my daughter the car.

The reality:  It sits in my garage forever, getting covered in rusty pushbikes, cassette tapes, wellington boots and random alloy wheels.

The dream...

To help persuade you to make this reality, I'm going to include the wing I pictured above to replace the dented one, and this:

...because the bonnet fitted looks like it has been driven at speed through a field of Brussels sprouts.

I also have this, which applies to pretty much everything under the skin, as a Seicento one wasn't available:

You can have that as well Billy, but you'll owe me a beer if you never realise your dream! :D

Ha, I passed you heading West on the M56, Joe. I was heading East. When I saw the Pleasure Wagon with a flashing orange light on and a small yellow car in tow, I thought it could only be one person! Good on ya.

That's a pleasant little herd of Peugeots you've got.  Is the BX for herding them, One Man And His Dog fashion?

You've got to move fast with Cavcraft Motors. They're flying out of the door.

Yo Cameron - is your old MOT-less 106 still about? Current plans for it?

If you're sick of the sight of the thing and it's £mega-cheap, it may be useful as a breaker...

Annoyingly you've photographed the front and cropped out both indicators :D mine are cloudy, like tubs of milk!
