I think you're missing the point of raffles. The point is to not win a car you don't need and have no time or space for, so you don't want to win. When the draw is drawn and you are one of the lucky* 48 who hasn't won you breathe a sigh of relief.

If you do win you can be like cms and try and figure out what to do with it, and then very quickly realise the raffle win is an awesome motor you did actually need after all

3) What is his win ratio?

 

I'm just trying to work out if he's a real punter, or an international syndicate that somehow is managing to rig these things.
