What problem is that anything that sends notification email is being blocked and wont work until it times out.

I have opened correct port on server but for some reason it is being reblocked.

I have had to ask server supplier to sort problem,but while i am waiting i am going to see if i can sort using a different port at mandrill.

Know what problem is but solution is being a problem.

I tried liking a post just now and it was quicker than it's ever been. Opera Mini on Android Kitkat.
