I also thought this was an electric car but unsure of type. And you are probably right here as it is very similar to the one in the picture.

It is like the bus thread is trying to quietly take this thread over.  Just quietly putting more and more buses in.  Well, have another one with Mk1 Granadas too.  The bus is a Bristol FS/ECW, with Eastern Counties in Norwich.  They were one of the last users of them and really got their use.  The Eastern Counties FS had the five cylinder Gardener engine as the area is relatively flat - Norwich actually isn't that flat so these were a bit slow.
