Norway had many old vehicles that were still in use in the 50s and 60s.

That looks like a WW2 Sdkfz 10 half track.

Yes, it is. Have been waiting for you to notice. This is the same one I posted a picture of earlier that was used for reindeer hunting.

Has to be the "Rijn en Zon" flour mill. Interesting photo, in the 1960s (when this picture was taken, I presume) the mill was damaged, neglected, and the city intended to demolish it. Fortunately this didn't happen, and nowadays the mill is restored and fully functional again. My picture, 2020:

In front of the army recruitment office. That might be driver standing at the front with the peak cap.
