I thought I recognised it , the pub on the right has expanded into all those outbuildings and the one on the left is an Indian Restaurant .

Yes. I once stopped there on the way back from Yorkshire - seemed a nice place to break for lunch. 

We walked up a quiet street and went into a what looked like a quiet pub...when we opened the door it was a rammed 'gastropub' - we gave up and continued on to London, which is much quieter....😂

Corby - probably pre-1960. The introduction of the MoT in 1960 would have taken those lingering  Pre-War and just Post-War cars off the road pretty quickly - (together with the arrival of the Mini and new Ford Anglia).

There is even a Jowett Bradford van on the right.

Quite a few manufacturers made  versions of cars like this, often marketed as beach cars.
