For sale a Lotus 4x4 project. Fibre glass body based on an early 80's Classic chassis with 4-speed and V8. Does come with two Ricaro seat, doors and all the glass but still needs work to be done to get it finished for the Dakar challenge 2018!  Not running at the moment, no logbook but some Lotus vin plates on the body as a vin number in the chassis.

That Lotus Elite monster truck is an utterly hideous disaster yet simultaneously just like a 3-door version of today's generic school run 4x4.

The twat who did that to a poor old shadow needs a good shoeing. He even goes on to say that it is one of the best shadows on the market. I wouldn't give £995 for it as it is utterly ruined and only good as a breaker. The wheel arches are just shocking if he is going to fit flared arches then at least blend them in.

Ooh, I don't know Panhard65, I see a business opportunity here for us all.

The basic model is get enough of us to raise £20'000, buy an £18'000 car, throw £2'000 of Demon Tweeks '90's stock at it, then take some pictures under a railway arch somewhere.

Instant double-your-money or better.

 

I thought the ad was a joke until I looked at the other cars on their site, there must be a lot of people out there with way too much money!

I applaud the man for his obvious skills but his car design leaves a little too be desired in my opinion. I've owned a car with a tuned SBC in it and this must be frightening to drive, the fact is has no roof is a good thing, to discourage use in the wet!

Ok. What I make of that is that you're a stupid pikey twat who doesn't understand that it's illegal to not declare engine swaps to the DVLA, and any kind of "cheap insurance" on an undeclared engine swap is null and void.

 

 

 

Also, that exhaust is both hilarious and facepalm-inducing in equal amounts.
