That 'robin reliant' what is actually a Rialto has been spoilt and the owner should be flogged. The stupid thing is if he hadn't fecked about with it then it would be about right price wise

Who do they think they are going to fool? And they want 6.5k for it LOL!

after the door got ripped off by a post and replaced...

it just needs a new door and side panel of the same color....
the window in the drivers door no longer works but with a new door it will work fine as the mechinisum in the current door is no longer there

Even better for that Mondeo, he'll deliver within a 10 mile radius... if you give him a lift home! Surely that's a false economy?

That one was up for £4,995. The seller must be working his way downwards with the asking price until a fishy takes the bait.

This would be a big project, but if you are a good welder on a tight budget this could be the cheapest Messerschmitt on Ebay for many years.

I have for sale a 1950s Messerschmitt Kr200 restoration project. Look at the pictures to see what you are buying. An  original good steel monocoque tubes and front crossmember. (Floors and sides available from the MOC) A steel nose with dashboard. Needs new inner wings and nose floor (Available from the MOC and other suppliers) A steel rear section needing quite a lot of welding. Front suspension arms and front axles/backplates. New fibreglass front wings. Door/lifting section in need of considerable attention.Rear engine frame with chaincase rear wheel and mudguard. Various bits of trim and panels for use as patterns. Chassis number is late 1950's with year plate on the chaincase, so getting an age related registration with a dating letter from the club should be possible. No v5c.

I am so glad I own one, cos I wouldnt want to buy a pile of shite like this for half the price of a cheap t&t'd Bentley

This car is has had a current advert on Car & Classic for 6 YEARS, seller has added another grand to the price, now £13995

How this bloke has not been sectioned is beyond me

£7k 6 years ago didn't sell......been for sale ever since slowly rising in price to £14k a year ago

Now this loon has had a holiday to the Essen classic car show and reckons his Monza shouldn't sell again for £15000

It wouldn't be so bad if he had changed a single photo in the advert in this time, or fixed the "non-imminent" repairs it needs to be the usable daily classic it so clearly isn't, as the mileage has stayed the same in the shed it lives in.

Are sellers of Opel Monzas applying the same pricing principles as vendors trying to sell houses in London??

Re: the Nissan/Datsun Sunny estate in post 6327 & 6332. Classified price is now down to £2,995. Heading in the right direction!

So you can cough £15k to the swivel-eyed window-licker above for his 23k mile Monza, or a much more reasonable £2950 to these chaps for their 29k mile example;

As entertaining as it was, I think far too many people have decided that shows like For The Love Of Cars mean they can paint up some old shonker and ask top dollar for it!!

A thoroughly decent, totally standard classic with unbeatable provenance will make good money, a modified Mini Clubman with 25 previous owners and birdshit mig 'welded' panels that haven't been painted properly will not!

This mk 2 Escort with a 2.0 Sierra engine and some Alleycats has just finished with a winning bid of £12,000.

Oh ,it's on a 1300 Sport logbook, which, lest we forget is not AVO or RS or any such bollocks, but a trim level between a GL and Ghia.
