Wilsons auctions untaxed repossession sales - I stuck £100 on a BX not checking where the fuck it was or anything about it. Email from Wilsons - congratulations on your winning bid. Oh shit.

 

Anyway, for anyone near Immingham this could be a huge bargain. £118 after fees for a 17 TZD estate with 171k miles and ZERO previous keepers. Not that that means much as it looks a bit shit.

 

Weigh the bastard in and you're quids in!!!!

That's all I know. Total due is £118, I don't wanna be pissed around on this please - so if you want it, please make sure you can fully commit to it, it might be an awesome car, might be shit, but there's nothing to lose at that money for someone local. There is for me as its £245 to get the thing here.

 

I'll leave it on here for 24 hours, then stick it on the French car forum, if nobody fancies it it'll be fine for me to pull out but thought this might be a nice opportunity for a local shiter to this.

Sorry details don't extend to that Luxo. But it's an old French diesel with a key, so Shirley it will. Plus it wasn't just auctioned because it was knackered - it was an untaxed repo, which is slightly more promising.

I'd be happy to take the limited risk involved in driving it to my local MoT station and then to the scrapyard if it fails, but I have no way of moving something that can't drive.

Excellent question. I had ASSumed that it wasn't MoTed. But I don't think we can answer the question without the V5 document number.

It seems that they usually list a valid MOT if they receive the paperwork - I would be 90% sure it's without MOT.

 

And I don't think they're open tomorrow, the branches here don't open Sunday anyway

It's been on SORN since November so I'd expect the MOT to have lapsed by now, but you never know. Still looks cheap enough.

Collection probably isn't a problem, it isn't too far from me, I can take it straight to work for a pre-mot, the problem is not 24 hours ago, I laid out all my shitty old car fund on a thoroughly broken van!

 

Although that said the Delica *should* be going this week.
