Rare enough to see a K70, but even rarer to see one in Poland during the Communist era, especially one re-registered on Polish plates like this one - the first two letters suggest it was registered in the Wrocław district. It will likely be a 1974 or 75 model, as the quad headlights were standard by then. Can't tell if it's 1605cc or 1807cc, though - the only clue would have been the badge on the back panel. 

Looking at the patchwork paint condition of it, getting hold of spares must have been an interesting exercise. I wonder how long it survived after the photo was taken?

Someone wrote a thesis about Western cars being stolen and brought into Poland during Communist times

It's as if they saw one one of these,

Which is  very cool and very massive and tried to recreate it on a small van chassis using only items that could be bought in B&q.
