Ah KLM the German works Taunus "S" fitted with std 3.0essex V6 ( often miss described as a cortina XR6  never AVL in LHD) to best of my knowledge still exists.

The picture is from 1996. Looking at the rear arch it was probably on it's last MoT when the picture was taken.
