Apparently it was Mike Yarwood’s stolen from the savoy and fitted with a different  plate before a Bond Street jewellery heist in 1981.  They hit another car in the getaway.

No words. Yarwood was an impressionist, very good. Could be an illusion.

In common with the miners, (and many others) , Yarwood’s career was killed off by Maggie Thatcher. 
His act was heavily reliant on Harold Wilson and Ted Heath. Labour replaced Wilson with Callaghan who had no perceivable personality (sound familiar?) and he obviously couldn’t do Thatcher.

Impressionism is something you don't really see much these days, wether it's that there are fewer people will a personality to copy or that they'll spit there dummy out I dunno.

John Culshaw is pretty good and Rory Brember is still around. They’re probably the best right now. Alistair McGowan is a bit hit and miss and fairly limited in his target matter.
