I was skiing there a fortnight ago. You can do the 'Sellaronda' where you ski all the way around the Sella (the central massive), clockwise or anti-clockwise (due to clever lift positioning) through various valleys (some of which speak German because they were part of Austria until the settlements after the first world war when they became Italian).
