Looks like one of these Worthington's Daimlers:

Here it is in better days (in the same location - at the Montagu Motor Museum, Beaulieu). 

 

 

 

During redevelopment in 1971/2 some of the old buildings were left as temporary storage, the Daimler languished outside but has since been restored.

Could simply be they were visiting.....Access was pretty free across the site in those pre-Elfin Safety days.   Would be interested in seeing any more.....

My dad worked for the driver and owner of this charabanc who also had an Albion lorry. That would have been about 1926.
