2.4 is the small variant of the 2.8, somewhat pointless engine nowadays as there's no benefit over the larger engine, I had it in both my automatic saloon and manual Avant. The 2.7TT is very much based on the same V6 family.

Possibly a typo on mot? It was recorded as doing 30k the year prior, which is much more than it did any other year.
