That Granada trailer really is shite!, It even has wipers!, I'm i right by guessing that he uses it to carry passengers going by the seats and seatbelts in it?.Is that even legal?.

That trailer looks absolutely lethal. Can't decide if the doors open - they don't look like they would be able to without catching on the 'bodywork' in front of them. Wonder if the wipers actually work?

Fantastic pics thanks, the DDR stuff looks really interesting I'm hoping to visit Berlin sometime and check out a few historic sites and museums as I find the Berlin Wall 'thing' fascinating.I bloody love that Barkas, I can just imagine that sreaming its nuts off in a two-stoke haze.The granny trailer looks fuckshit though.

It looks like alloys underneith it but with plastic trims tied over them to protect them maybe? The centre cap on the plastic trims looks correct. Maybe the plastic trim has been cut to fit onto the alloys and attached by cable ties? Volks Polizei on th Fiat 124? Family Police? :?Its a Lada!

Really? excellent, my brother lives in Frankfurt but I've wanted to see Berlin for ages, been reading a few good books on the subject as I find the idea of East Germany/Communism really interesting.Surely the Stasi were the scary bastards of the DDR?

Towards the end the Stasi had taken control of so much that the Police dealt pretty much just with domestic stuff and crowd control. The Police would openly use batons on people on the street, whereas the Stasi would drag people off for psycological torture and interrogation.I can give you a list of DDR stuff to visit if you like!

That Volks Police Lada is awesome. 'Governmental' + Soviet = Sinister! I wouldnt want one of these on my BTM, let alone a stonking great ZIL (unless you are in the New Astra, which according to the advert, can out-run the late 70's one that appears in his mirror!)
