Asimo Posted July 8, 2016 Posted July 8, 2016 But did anyone in the past glimpse a future full of these?
HillmanImp Posted July 8, 2016 Posted July 8, 2016 I had a book in the mid 80s which had loads of futuristic cars in. That Ferarri Modulo was in it and was still futuristic then, despite being over 15yrs old. Â It also had the Pinin, which is probably why I am drawn to barges.
garethj Posted July 8, 2016 Author Posted July 8, 2016 By Christ, I thought threads like this were dead and buried. Shame some of the picture links have gone. Good to see the taxi from the Total Recall film, I invested wisely* in a set of plans for this other car from the film. Lacquer Peel 1
gnorwebthgimi Posted July 8, 2016 Posted July 8, 2016 Is it too obvious ( or dull) to include KITT from knight rider. Maybe nightmares from the past need their own thread. Also the thread bump from 2010 was an amazing leap, alot has happened since then.
gnorwebthgimi Posted July 8, 2016 Posted July 8, 2016 Someone as actually signed that design off? I've had what I believe are my share of liquid lunches but there must have been an actual golden era for that sort of shit to fly.
Junkman Posted July 8, 2016 Posted July 8, 2016 Someone in Japan has actually signed that design off. EFA The sad background story is, that a 1957 Imperial had to die for it.
CreepingJesus Posted July 8, 2016 Posted July 8, 2016 Holy thread resurrection Batman! Shut it Robin, ya dick. You take the pink car, bawbag.  That, sadly was one vision of the future for a much younger me. I'm not sure whether it's a good thing or not, that it's never been fulfilled.
brownnova Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 Any excuse to put up a picture of this 90s gem! Â
Tamworthbay Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 Have we had this yet? ford-gyron-concept-1318339265-27446.jpg If only reliant had built that......
Dick Cheeseburger Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 Cadillac's premonition of the future, 1950's style... The sad reality... Junkman 1
