These minis seam to be like cockroaches. They’re everywhere now. Guy at work bought his mrs a petrol one a few months back, then sold his duster and bought himself a diesel one. Shame he didn’t research the chain issues but he isn’t that clever when it comes to buying cars despite being a van mechanic. All the best with it. Let’s hope it serves you well!

Great buy! What are the rubber seals like around the back end? They’re kippered on my wife’s 2010 car but most things seem to be more robust on later examples of the earlier generation cars.

That looks like a great example of one of these. Wife loves ours. I do too, they’re an absolutely fab car. I reckon convertibles are generally better looked after than the roofy Minis. That’s got to be a mega late model R52 on an 08 plate? Hope you enjoy it!

They seem fine. I've seen you can get repair kits on eBay if it comes to it 👍
