Lacy Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 That's why he hasn't put any pictures up of it......and he encourages you to 'call first'......my money is on there being no car....just the ID.
autofive Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 this bloke advertises a lot of mini shells on ebay, some have no ID
theorganist Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 The fact that the picture is of a set of number plates and a log book is a bit suspicious!!

Cavcraft Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 Imagine if eBay was a dating agency. You might look at the first picture of this and think to yourself, 'CORR, that's well fit'. And then you'd notice the other pictures and log off quickly before your boss caught you looking at munters... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VAUXHALL-ASTR ... 3474177906 'UNDERNEATH WILL MOST LIKELY NEED WELDING' *File that in the likely understatement of the decade draw please, Miss Smith.

trigger Posted October 14, 2011 Author Posted October 14, 2011 www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Massive-LOSER-sticke ... 415e4fd3dc Give me a giant WTF!
cort16 Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 A dangerously cheap Avantime. I think it's only a matter of time until one of these comes into my possesion. I recon a 3.0v6 with lpg would make a great daily.http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220870988252&ih=012&category=9861&ssPageName=WDVW&rd=1

Guessing it's a dig at this fella? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1982-1992-PON ... 2a14a6a7d8
trigger Posted October 15, 2011 Author Posted October 15, 2011 I guess it could be but it still makes no sense and the bloke comes across as a massive knob head, he's not even funny, I hope someone bids on it and he gets stung by the ebay fees.
trigger Posted October 15, 2011 Author Posted October 15, 2011 http://www.gumtree.com/p/cars-vans-moto ... u/89757425 i will come to you and take out your service lights on your bmw e36 for 15.00 only take 10 minuets fully guaranteed you can then sell it with full service lights rest to the begging. That sounds like a business!, pay less then £10 for the tool of ebay and charge £15 to reset other people's lights, I put a tenner down that he's of Eastern European origin.
Luxobarges_Are_Us Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Probably graduated from a Polish business school back in the communist times...
trigger Posted October 15, 2011 Author Posted October 15, 2011 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1985-FORD-FIE ... 35b6045a5b I'm not conviced it's worth £2000 but looks how tidy this Fiesta is, It's been a long time since I've seen one as orginial as this one.
wuvvum Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Those diesel Mk2 Fiestas are actually surprisingly nippy - lots of torque and bugger all weight. They are bloody noisy though. I'd consider one as a daily, but I wouldn't want to pay two bags for one.
wuvvum Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 This is lovely, if a trifle expensive. Has the later Ventoux engine, too, so mechanical parts wouldn't be too hard to track down.
autohausdolby Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Tax, Mot, Shit pics, £350 BIN http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1986-VOLKSWAG ... 2314fe3c43no tyre kickers or test piolets Coming to a forum for sale board near you next week for 900 quid with a paint strippered bonnet, a bruce forsyth sticker and angle grindered springs.
wuvvum Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 I know it's a cliché, but if that Passat were closer I'd be all over it - had an estate years ago and they really are a nice thing to drive. Wolverhampton's a bit far to go though, so I'm now off to look at a certain poorly Renault 18 a bit closer to home.
wuvvum Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 This thing is back on again. And still tempting me.
Cheggers Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Even ignoring the dubious "conversion", it does look mighty crusty

Craig the Princess Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Even ignoring the dubious "conversion", it does look mighty crusty It's worth £1,300 but if it doesn't sell I'll Frag it for £200. Jog-on Arsehole. (EDIT: The seller, not Cheggers)
