UGH indeed! I had a 1978 1500 'Combi' that lasted 3 days in my ownership before I totaled it against the rear of of a MK3 Escort.

I think that was the one on carandclassic from colchester a few years ago, the seller is also near Colchester and I'm also sure he's on RR as well.

mmm 127 1050...sounds like REAL fun to drive. Wonder what it'd need for an MOT...I'll keep an eye on the auction, but I don't think it will remain very cheap...

How many examples of pikey scum culture can you spot in this picture boys and girls?

 

I count 4, and I'm sure just out of frame is a scabby horse ridden without a saddle, hedgehogs roasting on a tyre bonfire and a swarthy looking chap in pork pie hat and fingerless gloves busy fondling his young niece.

 

 

And the bent MOT makes 5.

 

And the missing ign switch cowling, a vestige of when it was hotwired off some poor bastards drive pre ringing makes 6. (Although this did spare it hiab damage to its vinyl covered roof, which they then painted, does that action make 7?).

You've got to love how the vendor of that Fiat seemingly found time to wash and clean it and push it round the yard for photographs, yet 'hasn't had time to try and start it'.

All their listings are private too so mixed in with some bad feedback it all screams STAY AWAY.

It takes real engineering talent to mount a rear number plate that far off centre.............and then not bother to illuminate it.
