I'd be very tempted myself if it stays sensible. It would do what the Impreza does now but with more space. And if it proved unreliable, we'd just have to find a second car; an idea that Mrs KJ has already hinted she'd entertain :)

True. I think the 2.3's came with auto as standard, 4-speed manual a no-cost option though. Remove the alloys and refit steels with 2-slot hubcaps and it's a winner.
