Questions from other members : Historic Rally Car Austin Allegro, Unfinished Project

Q: Have you seen the `autoshite` website by any chance my friend? Some idiots are giving it the large one about your car. A bit naughty really. Have a look under `ebay tat volume 2` ;) Cheers, Bill 18-Feb-12

A: Ive been to your suggested site mate and there is nothing to read about my listing, now if you are suggesting that I have listed something incorrect then say what you mean, and make sure you have plenty of money to back it up.

:?:lol:

:lol::lol::lol:

Fuck me I need to find a couple of hundred quid from somewhere and get that back home. I just cant bear to think of my poor old car being in this guy's hands any more or what's going to happen to it. Every appearance on ebay, it gets worse!

Nice early Justy, £450 with 12 months test.

Buy it quick in time for winter, OMG snow chaos - what? It's Spring already you say? Oh well - it's still a bargain surely?

Answer to a punters question in a listing for an old Civic. Made me snort.

I'm almost POSITIVE that this actual car used to live round my way (on the mainland). I only ever saw it once, sans camera, and I'd eventually assumed I must've dreamt it as it just sounded so wonderfully implausible! Either that or there's 2 in existence, but that would seriously just never, ever happen...

There also used to be an early SWB Mitsi Shogun properly converted for Ice Cream, haven't seen that in a long while either.

Hey, Escort lovers, this must be a bloody early one as iirc they came out on a 'W' reg?

Needs a bit of work tidying it up etc but a potential (no reserve) barg I reckon.

If they'd gone for the older model , not the new fangled MK111 , it would now be worth £100,000 as all MK2's are now !!!!!!!

+1 WOWZERS.

My nan had an absolutely identical one. Also A reg, also ex RAF. I bloody loved that car. I doubt this is the same one, seeing as she ran cars into the ground, but I don't remember what happened to it (I was about 8 at the time)

That's going on my watch list, but I am in absolutely no position to buy it.
