THE 2.3 POWERTRAIN IS A SILENT IS AS A FISH AND IT PULLS LIKE A GREAT

lolz. What an analogy. I might use this myself when I'm selling my next car but be more specific like "as graceful as a salmon", or "is nice and compact like a sardine".

Cor. That BX is GORGEOUS! Someone please buy my Saab and I'll hop the channel and get it. £700 for the Saab and I'll give you a discount if you give me a French phrase book.

When was the last time you saw a base model 1.1 mk2 escort?? can't be many left!

I bet there will be even less left once this sells. :(

You can almost hear the Mexico stripes being unrolled... Which will be a shame. Dire as these were, somebody should be preserving basic models, or future generations are going to believe that Ford never built anything but rally stormers.

Mr Bol, I hope you were referring to condition; if so I couldn't agree more. For any other reference, well you go your way etc...

Call Darran on 0XXXX XXXXXX

May end the auction at any time,

I doubt it'll be Mexico stripes that will be getting but more likely a multi-point cage and an XE. Shame, really.

Imagine the 1.1 is pretty cheerless. I could understand why you'd stick in a 1.6 or something (keeping the 1.1 safe somewhere) so you could actually use it without being overtaken by tractors and cyclists but I hope it doesn't get the forest arches roll cage treatment.

Straight Six. It's amazing how many local funeral geezers I've seen using limos and hearses based on this shape Falcon. They must be well cheap.

Mind you, I quite fancy the idea of my box being thrown in the back of one of the "Ute" versions and powerslid into the cemetary by a Castlemaine swilling Aussie....
