No idea what's happening here. It's RHD, the plate looks GB (yellow, three letters, three numbers) and there's a crate of beer of which a couple are missing, a relevant clue methinks.

Look again - that numberplate is red.  Apparently the Arranmore Ferry in Donegal.

Probably Southampton. The Mini has a Southampton reg and you can just make out Above Bar Licenced Restaurant. Above Bar is the main pedestrian precinct through the city centre. It bears no resemblance to this any more but there can't be many Above Bars.
