She is despairing that the clowns in the Moke are obscuring the reg on the Routemaster so she can't see which one it is. 

It's not mine*. Even though mine was new to Victoria garage (GM garage code, which stands for Gillingham Street) which ran the 11. That's older than mine* as you can just make out a brake cooling grille between the head and fog light. They were blanked off by the time mine* was built. 

*yes, I know I sold it, but I still consider it to be mine.

This was taken in 1965, before Basils run in with a non co-operative BMC product. Perhaps 'hit it with a stick' was part of a fault tracing chart in all their products.
