Probably. It's near the East Moors Steel Works in Splott, Cardiff c.1970

Later than I thought as I can vividly remember my mother, grandmother and many housewives around and about doing their front steps with a 'donkey stone'

On the other hand, my second daughter, born in 1978, is a grannie.

That area was knocked down later in the 70s, and many of the inhabitants were relocated to council housing.

Not much different to where I grew up, the houses all still standing.  Built in the early 1800's

Indeed, twice over. Eldest grandson's fiancée had a son almost a year ago.

GGD is three.

I reckon that's either Cyprus or Malta.  The car is RHD and the font on the number plates is UK standard.  Also the scenery and the quality of the light backs up this impression.
