No, not a typo! I posted this picture on Wednesday of the campsite at Chez Saabnut.fr as I was quite pleased at how well the lawn was starting to look. This area washalf paddock and half "potagerie" (vegetable garden) when I nought it 4 years ago.

This morning I took the bins out but on my return saw this:

It would appear thatthe local wild boar decided that my lawn would be a suitable place to have a root around for food - the swines! Fortunately one of them left some DNA evidence for me to proove guilt when we find them

If we catch them and they refuse to admit guilt, they are going to get a damned good grilling!

If there are truffles, he'd make more money digging them up and selling to the highest bidder. High-end restaurants can't get enough of truffles.

Sadly I believe it is the wrong soil conditions here for truffles.

It's wild boar hunting season here in BG

Quite comical watching the locals accumulate at the village bar,topping up their "coffee" flasks before heading out

Amusing thing is these guys are all camo'd up but have to wear a hi-viz vest 'cos EU.....

1 group got into a spot of bother after leaving his AK on full auto....
