It's not an easy fix. The proper way is to take it to a dealer and get something replaced and coded to cure the fault....expensive. There is a bosh that an aftermarket seller invented, that tricks the ECU into thinking it's all good by adding resistors or some other electrical magic. I saw one similar advertised but the fix sounded like such a faff, what ever way you went, I stopped reading.

£36,250! At least you know you won't have to spend any money on the brak...

That actually looks horrible. Not sure if it is the colour, or the overly £1 Shop tyre glossed treads.

Definitely the colour.

You just know whoever sold the paint to the owner told them ‘it really pops’ or some sort of bollocks.

This classified advertisement and the price given is only to draw attention to the fact that I have this car for sale to a GENUINE buyer.

Please be aware that I am in the process of arranging this car to go to auction unless a buyer can commit to removing the vehicle quickly and at a reasonable price.

I have had a bad experiences selling cars on ebay so please be aware of the following:
You are welcome to view the car but it’s unlikely that I commit to an offer until the end of the classified advertisement.

So, is £2,000 his idea of a low price to draw attention and does he actually want more, or would he accept less and is the adverted price to weed out non-serious viewers?

Btw, he's offering a Metro and a Continental (of the same property it seems) as well.

Edit: it seem there are a lot more sad cars standing there in the background. DS, Granada. Can't tell what the others are though...

That Mark VI is probably worth 700 quid at most. The 10 grand might only cause people to question the seller's sanity rather than really attract anyone genuinely interested in this. No doubt this will end up on the banger track again.

I had assumed £2000 was a high price or just an arbitrary one as no way its worth that in that state
