Oh, it's broken. It starts and drives but is "spares or repair" and although the listing includes such vital information as the presence of a front armrest and body coloured bumpers, it has neglected to list what part 'needs attention'. I'm guessing it's either stuck in limp home mode or the gearbox randomly flakes out in an unfixable manner.

I would guess either an old 8v twin cam from a late Scorpio or more likely a Duratec from a Transit/Galaxy.

 

I had a transit of a similar age blow a spark plug out a while back and that was a Galaxy 2.3 engine.

Wear out a front set of Wan-King Budget remoulds in 4 days with your new front wheel drive v8. This actually seems pretty well priced given it's got a years test and is lpg converted.
