That personal reg is something else, it's like all the letters fell off and were hastily reapplied in the dark.  I still struggle to read what they tell me it's supposed to say.  I bet they're an interesting* person to buy a car from.

That Audi 100 is a saloon and a pre-facelift model, last ones made in 1979.

Now I feel cheated and used, like finding out the object of your lust is a ladyboy and you just haven't noticed the big hands and adam's apple because they're just out of shot! Taking a picture far enough away to get the whole of the car would have saved my embarrassment.

Hey you're right, I've never seen that before either, perhaps that was done to help get the 'redtop' in there

"HERE WE HAVE A MK1 HEALEY  WITH FIBERFAB BODY ALL THE ORIGINAL HEALEY INNER BODY AND RUNNING GEAR IS IN PLACE AND PRETTY RUST FREE CAN SUPPLY OUTER BODY AT EXTRA COST"

"OR WILL SELL BODY SEPARATE HAS CORVETTE WINDSCREEN AND WHEELS"

If you can work out what they mean you're doing better than me

I asked them a question about the Austin Fibrefab (okay, so it's actually a Fibrefab Jamaican, one of the best looking kit cars ever).  I look forward to their answer being clearer than the mud of their advert.  I'd love a Fibrefab like that, I reckon it's a bit of a looker and would be far better with the Ferrari badges replaced by Austin ones.

These Fibrefab things can look pretty decent if they're done properly. Unfortunately I think his finger must have slipped and there's an extra zero on the price....

re: Fibrefab Jamaican.

I asked: It's a bit confusing in the advert, but are you selling the car complete as pictured or are you selling it broken as an Austin Healey and a Fibrefab body?

Seller responded: Hi i have had requests to sell the body separate  so may split the car up depends on price

Still as clear as mud.  Verdict:  Chancer.

Nothing interesting about this car, I just like the photo - there's eight wheels on the car and yet no wheels on the car.

I have put a bid in on this. My other half's lad is doing mechanic course at college and wants a project you can even get insurance for one as a 17 year old only 2.5k which for youngsters now isn't too bad. It looks like a good starting point plenty to keep him busy that's for sure

£2500 BIN? I think this guy think he's sitting on a goldmine with his mum's old Passat. Little does he know his only potential buyers are pineapple bummers who are inevitably only buying it because theyre too skint to buy anything more 'scene'. Verdict OVERPRICED BY £1700
