snapdragon is a proper cheerful colour. if only you could get moderns in a colour like that.

instead we get "dog shit white" or "waffen ss grey" or "gestapo black" or "dull as fuck silver"

no wonder there is much anger on the roads today.....

New one is a laughable mess. Embarrassing. Bit of sick in my mouth..

Old ones were quick and could be made really fast.

I thought that, then the more I look at it the more i like it.

Capped at 15bhp because it has to be, old one was 22.

The problem isn't the availability, it's the fact nobody's brave* enough to specify it.

shame that its listing too one side - and no drips so i think its a hydragas unit failing internally. which is why the car is up for sale?

i think that hydragas cans for one of these are even thinner on the ground than metro ones.

and there are no new ones available for them.....

Maybe these guys will help the sagging butt.

£500 for a rusty Saab 900i saloon with HGF and what looks like a collapsed rear suspension.  Lovely interior though.

But wait, what’s this?

If some cockwomble has registered ‘Barn Find’ as a trademark, does that mean we won’t have all the wannabe chancer knobs on ebay loading up every fucking listing with it any more?

They missed a trick by not having that bird's legs over the top half of the door, then when the bottom bit opens having a big bush inside.

Herald roofs just bolt on iirc, so no dramas.

Convertibles have extra bracing though, on a saloon the roof provides quite a lot of structural rigidity so taking the lid off and driving about does it no favours. You can see by the door shuts on that one that it's starting to fold in on itself a bit.
