Really?  One bit of welding, and It's passed two MOTs since then without advisories.  For a 25 year old Jaguar it's MOT history is remarkably clean!

Its not mentioned, and no plates to be seen which is a shame. I think there are probably lots like this, stuck in limbo due to impossible to get IVA tests
