17 grand for what would hardly be acceptable as a portaloo is bloody insane no matter how you look at it.

Ten thousand pounds for an Austin A60 is equally mental. See also: RWD Ford Escort. I fail even to be amused by crassic car prices now, or the old phrase 'its worf wot sumone will pay 4 it m8'.

This phrase neatly sums up how stupid people actually are.

I know exactly where that is, it's very close to the centre of Manchester, I've passed it on deliveries before.

Doesn't look terrible in the flesh. Needs a clean though, and it's currently stored outdoors (wonder how long that's been the case). It's on tarmac at least.

GIB, ffs!

That Mario Tart MG is fantastically awful.

Floppytop R8.  Not much in the way of useful pictures as the seller appears to have used up most of their allowance with photos of screenshots of the MOT history.  :?

Has anyone ever successfully fitted an OHV Herald/Spitfire engine in a Trumpet Mayflower before? Might actually be possible to make one usable. Always fancied one.

2.0 Pinto with a carb. Doesn't seem a bad deal for a grand if it's clean. It's just a big Sierra.

Those Granadas seem quite cheap (in relative Ford terms) at the moment, won't be much longer though.

Thinking about it under 1000 is a good price compared to other fords of that era.  E plate Escorts and Sierras are commanding strong money.  I guess that as I am not a ford person I never really thought about it.  Last time I spent my own money on a Granada I think it was £200.  That was a long time ago and it was actually a good car - just a bit "old man" for me.  I am now that "old man" I was scared of becoming. Maybe I need a Granada?

I know the guy selling this as I got my silver 605 off of him.

Decent seller, so recommend. It's now sub £600.

If someone gets it it would be a nice £10 a head xmas roffle ;-)
