One of the last Rover 75s. Again in NL and at 3250 it is not very cheap.

I have a soft spot for a 75, however looking at this those shut lines at the front are gobbing. The rather cheap looking window switches, the lack of rear leg room and the fact there is a pixelation issue with the warning screen on the dash are gradually putting me off.

Awful cars regardless of it working or not. The piddly little turbo makes it no quicker anyway. If you want waft just get a Rover 800.

IN WELL ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION

What does this even mean?

Considering the average condition of these is having been made into bean tins and the odd washing machine, above average condition would begin with a rotten basket case half swallowed by a hedge, no?

The DVLA MOT site says it's a diesel (Rover 820) and it has repeatedly had emissions failures.  Another DVLA site says it's petrol.  The MOT site says the last MOT expired on 19th October 2017. The seller says 1st August 2018.  Very useful then. At £1795 it needs to be in a white room.

I have a Diesel Turbo one. Only occasional use. Goes very nicely. Still cheap to buy I expected trouble and thus far after 6-months is fine. They kind of grow on you.

I'm sure a diesel one is fine, but the petrol CT is abysmal. Very narrow turbo delivery, which confused the auto box a fair bit. And then if it decides to grenade (which mine did) it can't be rebuilt. Brilliant.

Only I would sell a nice PH1 XM for a lemon of a later one. The later dashboard is woefully made, and dull as heck. The whole point of a whacky Citroen is so you feel it inside too,it's no good driving an XM surrounded by a Xantia dashboard on steroids.

And breathe. I just really hated the one I had.

My intention was to transfer it for Police Highway Patrol

 Is this why it has

Cav is a genius.

Or has to much time on his hands.

Or is a genius with to much time on his hands.

Discus.....

Cav needs to start writing prose texts and submitting them to exam boards.
