ok, so i may have added some of that (cos MartinFreeman is a prick) but this is a beautiful car.

 

how come puglet cannot design something anywhere near as pretty as this now?

11001010 has been mining a particularly rich seam last night.  There's no way I'd want to buy any of them, Christ - there's no way I'd even take most of them free but that is some first class chod right there.

11001010 has been mining a particularly rich seam last night. There's no way I'd want to buy any of them, Christ - there's no way I'd even take most of them free but that is some first class chod right there.

The description on that Hilux is almost poetry.

Indeed. Was going with a friend to view it for them today but the seller has emailed saying people are telling him to ask for more money and now he wants to know my friends highest offer.

£400 would be, effectively, mugging him.  It'd be less insulting to offer to take it off his hands gratis.

 

Most of the time, my piss boils up when randomers - who have no intent on buying  - tell an owner they've under priced their car.  In this case, it's fair enough.

 

GLTs are lovely, lovely cars.  If that's as nice as it looks, it's £1200-£2000.

those pictures don't look like #Slough though....

I've had that seller on my eBay saved search for what must be at least 6 years. Every couple of months he imports in Trabants and Wartburgs from (iirc) Hungary. Apparently they are as good as the pictures show from those that have bought them from him. Also they're pretty reasonably priced too.
