only reason I haven't re-tested it is because its exempt from May, but ill happily put 12 months test on it for £100 to cover my time and the test once the auction has finished and deposit received

Either he is so skint that he can't whack some petrol in it and pay 35 quid for a test, or he is incredible stupid.

Why buy a Honda tomorrow when you can buy this Honda Today??

Kei Cars have come a long way - unless this was Anchans attempt at building a home made civic but he converted the inches to centimetres by mistake

That a finger, I hope?

I am reluctantly having to part with Charlotte.

Scary shit.

But she broke down in January and since then she has had pick up coil, coil, ign mod, cap, rotor, brush, leads and plugs, a recon ECM and starter and recon Throttle body. None of which have remedied the fault preventing her starting.

I'd start with checking the fuse for the fuel pump, me.

That's the kind of stupid thing I'd do, except with an autobox for added insanity.

Check out the totally straight* edges of the sills, they must have ran out of wob by that point as they appear to have used it all on the passenger side rear quater.

That being said, if this was in my neck of the woods for that price it would be my daily transport within a week.

It's a terrible circus tractor that needs a complete refurb.

What have these poor cars done to be treated like that?

How can you make this

out of something like this

then step back, look at it and say 'oh yeah, I improved it'???

Leccy windows and winder handles? Are these handles for quarterlights?

That must be a first in human history!

It's so unusual in fact, that even the term "V5C" appears to be unknown in that area.

Timeline.....1986.   Missus was up the duff and about to cut 50percent of our earned income.  I had a fucked GSA and about £76.50 in record tokens and foreign currency.   We needed another car.   Local sheepskin had 3 at my price plus the Shitroen - a Beta exactly like this one, a Snapdragon Maxi with a suspicious tilt and a bilious orange Chevette with a Mountney wheel.   Lusted after the Beta, laughed at the Maxi and went home in the Shove-it but if my arse wasn't twitching about the Thatcher-era mortgage it would definitely have been the Lancia.
