That notwithstanding, it should be made a capital offence to decapitate classic saloons.

Whoever does this sort of thing is a vandal destroying cultural heritage.

When are these going to catch-on?  I'd much rather waft about in this than a pricier Ford.

I just had a hunt for the Leboncoin app and the official one comes up as "not available in your country" I will have to try downloading it when I am next in France and see if I can get it to work.

Get an IP spoofer and tell it you're in France. It'll magically work :)

The world continually surprises me..."This car was really well looked after. I have bought it nearly a year ago as my redundancy present, had it shipped over to Germany for a full respray ( it had areally bad marks on the paint)".

£1750 has been the absolute ceiling for those for a while now.  A 306-licking mate bought one three years back, best colour etc, thinking investment; and even he's a tad bewildered considering the massive bounce in 205 GTi, Hottish Ford and Jap car values, etc

No that's for the Morris owner - the class above.  This one will have to make do with nylon.

couple of small bits under bonnet need finishing, then she's up and driving.

 

I very much doubt it.

 

 

I've been working on this old girl for around 9/10 years and she's going to be really nice when finished.

 

I may come back in another 10 years.
