You are correct & a Bora with a golf front end is a Gora.....After researching google.

I bought a Rolf, thinking it was a Golf with a Rover front end. It wasn't and i'm now in jail.

Every one of my childhood holidays was spent trundling up and down the country in a white R12.

No idea how a 70s Lancia would survive more than a couple of weeks here.

 

They don't really. This ended up in a scrap yard near me in April 2014 and nobody seems to have had anything off of it. This yard is pretty cheap typically so it's very tempting to go and have a boot load of parts from it to flog on, can't be easy to get spares.

That's a highly optimistic price, it looks a bit far gone and that interior must be honking, a shame as it looks very original.
