Brilliant! The only other IZH vehicle I know is the Planeta 350

that was sold here badged as a Cossack back in the day. This device appears to be powered by the same engine, nothing got wasted, did it?

The DVLA have voided registration and logbook and want an IVA test and a Q registration plate. " Pigs might fly." This after 2yrs of street legal ownership and 2 Mots. 

 

 
 
 am in the "complaint process" with the DVLA as regards their treatment of me in my registration and ownership of this vehicle. I am at independent arbitration stage at present. Next stop Minister of Transport. Believe me,I'm going all the way with this!
 
The car can be demonstrated in full working order.
 
In the meantime the vehicle is still worth
