Cor, rare poverty/fleet-spec Envoy diesel!  My Dad got a brand new L-plate 1.7TD Envoy as a company car, first new car we'd ever had after a long series of tatty Austins, Rovers and Fords and it's remembered fondly even now.  Didn't notice at the time as a kid but in retrospect it was awfully basic and dull - windy windows, no sunroof, itchy, rough cloth seats but it had a digital temperature gauge, no rusty holes in the bodywork and could manage long journeys without breaking down so it was quite the best thing we'd ever known.
