They left the box on the other side - chain behind the dash, bish bash bosh, bit like the crappy LHD brakes on my Puma (and Fiestas) only worse.

 

They weren't big sellers.

It wasn't just Pacers that was done on. I've seen a Caprice and a colleague had a Mustang with that same style of RHD conversion. I think they had it done from new by the same company to sell them here, by all accounts none were popular!

 

It wouldn't put me off though!

I was told that there was a possibility that Noddy Holder (Lead singer of Slade) may have been a previous owner. I have not been able to establish this fully; however, I do have an e-mail from a fellow e-bayer which says: "the car did belong to noddy holder I owned it and I had it of the man who bought it of noddy holder I know the man who I brought it of I knew well and he was not lying"

MOT ran out in February, last one had advisories about subframe rust. Don't know how terminal it is on them

That's right, a SCARECROW GEARKNOB. 

 

 

 

Not sure whether it'll run or not but been advised the engine isn't too great. Again nothing too much for someone in the know.
