Spent thousands apparently, not MOT'd or roadworthy obviously.

Fucking up the tai lights with a blow lamp isn't a good idea either, another top tip from a Ratluktwat there.

Presumably the maniacs bidding want the wheels or something.

Where are all these barns they keep finding these cars in? Every barn I've ever been in has been full of hay or animals. If I was a farmer in the business of breeding sheep or whatever, I'd have them in the barn not use it to corner the market in Renault 25's. What next it'll be 'Ford Ka - pig sty allotment find'

'We found the best example we could find' - then ruined it. Has it been on fire at the back? I'd love to know what they were on when they come up with the paint scheme, whatever it is I'll have some.

the wheels and tyres are brand new costing £1000

but

it needs a new battery as its totally dead

Dubber Logic innit. And don't even get me started on:

the whole exterior was paint stripped and sanded to bare metal then left to surface rust before covering in clear coat

and

it will need a back light as we experimented with a blow torch to get a scorched effect and went a little too far

VERDICT: CABBAGE.

Driving a car with a Straight 8 engine, even if only once, is on my bucket list.

I imagine it's like riding an art deco mountain bike in top gear. No top end, just a shiteload of torque.

The rear suspension mounts on my Focus must be Rat Look then. I'll tell the MOT tester that I'm going for the Rat Look on the brake pipes, he'll be fine with that.

I mean, these were never about outright power but 310hp just ain't much is it? Seems even less these days. (Speaking as a man who's most powerful car has like 75hp or something...)

The nsx was never mega fast but it made up for it in other areas such as handling and not bursting into flames or shitting its engine 6000 miles after a rebuild like the Italians.

It had a huge influence on the Italian super cars as you could actually use the nsx everyday, which made Ferrari and the like up their quality and reliability probably ultimately making them more boring .

But don't forget it was designed in an era where the Japs were conservative on their power outputs. It does show how far the bhp wars has come though. Hot/super hatches aren't hot nowadays unless they have at least 300bhp.

Hi, my name is Claris, I'm a 24yr old cadillac, with penchant for leather!, hence me being dressed front and back in a fetching cream shade.

I have a big V8 heart, 4.9ltr, so as you can imagine I have a lot of revs to give to the right person!!. As you may have noticed I do have a large bum
.....

...etc etc, it goes on.

I dont know if its a love of the underdog but I would really like a Montego (like this) one day. Sadly Austin Rover took a sabatical from Sweden in the 1980s so I'm not going to find one here.

....as an aside its very very annoying that when you search Montego in Ebay it comes up with all these Montego Blue BMWs. Stop that!!

It's a product of its time; in 50 years or so some pretentious Stephen Bayley alike will be discussing Dimma and their finer points in hushed tones.

They're more or less the equivalent of what hot rods were / are, albeit with 100% more Kappa track suits and weed.

Handy ebay tip, always park next to some fly-tipping when taking your photographs especially if you don't have a working bonnet prop

I've seen this around quite often over the last few years, including before it was red. It has worn various wheels over the years, I never knew it had a pinto in it until now
