That Cavalier is a thing of absolute beauty. Sadly, it's too expensive (I'd expect to get a mint SRi for about half that) but I hope it gets a decent price for the owner.

A very sheltered life in the wrong country to be fair. I love weird little Japanese cars and I've never seen a Domino like that. Seen older ones though.

There a lot of Transcontinental love around here at the moment and this one could be lovely if the wheels were painted silver and some proper reflective plates fitted.

You mean some slimy bastard had the 1275 out for his Mini.  I'd bet he slung the auto box too.  These people have no fucking idea....

if that is what has happened then i hope he enjoyed finding out that an auto engine won't fit on a manual gearbox...

 

something to do with how the oil ways/oil pick up not been compatible between the 2 gearboxes.

 

more likely the auto box was jiggered and he couldn't find a replacement.

The crankshafts are different as well but some of the mini engine rapers are a bit daft as they will buy maestro's to rob the 1275

I saw this car a few months ago as I bought a Maserati engine off the guy. He has done a really good job of it, not really my thing but this bloke knows his stuff.
