These Ford Telstars have some inherent Aussie-ness built into them in comparison to the 626 they were based on, with an odd mix of 80's futuristic (digital dash and 'grid' alloys on the Ghia models)......

...and outdated velour interiors. I'm not complaining, though.

NZ-only Commodore with the 2 litre 4cyl motor out of a Carlton, I think. People seem quite interested in these for their manual 'boxes when they do come up for sale.

I've seen this interesting Mitsubishi SUPER TOURING around locally and stopped to chat to the owner who was getting his bike out the boot, as it had a for sale sign in the window. About 10 seconds after stopping I regretted it, as he was clearly a bit mad. Car's in nice nick, though.

Despite the Colt Turbo wheels and fancy paint job, it's a 1500cc NA motor, so way less interesting than it appears. He's asking Ã‚Â£2000 for it which he'll never get but at least it's slightly more realistic than the Ã‚Â£3500 he was trying to punt it to me for!
