Thank god for that, I've never forgiven you lot for making me buy that XM and I have a strong suspicion that some of you were also clandestinely on the CCC forum forcing me to buy the Safari that I never really wanted.

I don't know much about these but was looking at them because my son is a fan of Land Rovers in general.
 
Discoveries always seem a bit over-priced to me, but if this is as good and solid as it sounds then does it qualify as a bargain?
 
EDIT: Must have been - it seems to have sold a day later!

Dear God, that's a fantastic find! I thought the interior was the best bit, until I saw the cable tied front bumper.

I really didn't have a clue what car that was until I had a closer look. Who would drive that round town and think "Yeah, I'm the DADDY in this..."?

That's exactly like the one I once didn't buy, because it had too much HR Giger overtones for my taste.

I opted for the viper green metallic one with orange plush interior, that sat next to it on the showroom floor.

This very car has been sat outside on a campsite just outside Edinburgh for the last two years, looking very forlorn I must admit. It's obviously had a fair bit of spit and polish to make it look like that.

The same owner has a very unloved SM rotting away on the same site. 

Not sure the Alfa 164 wheels suit it, but i would suspect this one is pretty rotten to be honest.
