Random Citroen DS3 ebay photo. You really don't have to look far to see where the quality lapses are in these. The bog standard and awful pedals/indicator stalks from a 207, and WTF is that radio? The 90s called and Halfords wants its value ICE range back.

That piano black trim fitted on the dash on so many new cars (like that DS3 on the previous page) is utterly vile. It looks shite and gets greasy finger marks so easily (just look at that Citroen for an example). Why do manufacturers fit it?

 

It makes me yearn for a return for plastic wood. Even in its most nasty form it was still better than that.

i love the mark 1 cavalier. that one listed above is totally lush.
