16V BABY BUGGY.

If he drops the price a bit I might have to buy it.

I remember when those god-awfull things were very "in" I knew two different equally moronic idiots who bought them new.

Give it another ten years and they might at least have a novelty factor going on.

NOTHING* could tempt me to sit in one let alone be seen driving it.

*Although the sellers description is almost winning me over:

THE BED IS SOLD AND NOT BASHED AROUND

ALTHOUGH NO MOT THEY IS NO REASON WHY IT COULDN'T BE DROVE HOME ANYWHERE IN UK,

Because Astra estate. It'd be jolly useful for the old bike runs and I think they're pretty quick 9for what they are) too. If I don't, you should.

The whole ' OMG one lady owner only a 49k miles from new' becomes irrelevant after its been rusting away outside for the last 6 years!

In genial this really is a nice car that starts and runs perfectly fine although The brakes do need attention as the pedal sinks straight to the floor!

I emailed the seller about this, who clearly is thick as shite, first he told me it was 4x4 suspension which i then again explained there's no such thing as a 4x4 Accord, now he's added this too the listing...

(PS ITS NOT A 4X4 THE 4X4 MEANS HONDA UNIQUE 4-WHEEL DOUBLE WISHBONE SUSPENSION AND FRONT WHEEL DRIVE)

Looking at the owner of that Capri it wouldn't surprise me if he was gnawing at the arches.

I think the cabs are scene tax exempt. I'd like like to buy one and weld on the roof from a marina.

I'd forgotten that the really early ones of these had orange indicators, makes them look a lot older.  Did they make them out of better steel though?  Seems to be remarkably rust-free compared to most C-classes.

Funny you should ask that.

I've had 4 W124's, still got the coupe which is one of the last off the line.

The first one we had was a pre facelift saloon, i'm convinced it was made of heavier gauge steel than the later facelifters, and the paint being oil based was far better.

I've had three SAAB 9000's.  Money pits, all of them, but I'd have another tomorrow!
