This poor old thing looks like it's had a tough paper round.  Cheap though, even as a source of spares (admittedly possibly not body panels).  Bonus SD1 photobomb too.

Oh no, I've been on another journey into the darker recesses of Autotrader. Today's find is this ex-giffer 24,000 mile Astra MkII Daewoo Nexia automatic.

For £385, someone absolutely stole that.  It's scrap, but the bits...........

It's down as being a 1974 1600 car but it looks more like a 1750/2000. Limited slip diff rear axle anyone?

I thought it was illegal to sell a vehicle without a V5? In which case shouldn't the owner pay the DzvLA for a new one before selling it? Especially a fucking dealer.

No it is not. But I would question the persons ability to live outside of a "home" if they did purchase a vehicle without docs.

I recently purchased an old moped with no paperwork from some dodgy fecker in North London.  I must be fugging certifiable by your reckoning...

It says on the front of the v5c "this document is not proof of ownership". And I always think no but it's a fucking good start

There's a few sub £450 Pandas about which is depressing... And some sub £200.

I need something like this in about 6 months to rape the roof and every other part, so I'll never have to buy a part ever again.

I’ve bought cars sans docs before. Huge pain in the arse waiting for a V5 but nothing went wrong.

I have bought many bangers sans docs. Just can't tax erm whilst you wait. Chances of a banger being 'hot' negligable  - just part of the fun.

I would rather cut my dick off with a rusty spoon.
